How do I receive payment?

-  On completing a job go to the accepted jobs tab on the right side of the page
-  Here you can click the three dots on the top right and upload your invoice and timesheet.
-  Once the client has viewed and paid your invoice they will mark the job as paid
-  The job will now be in the accepted tab on the right
-  Once you have received payment you can also click the "mark as paid" button.
-  The job will now be stored in the completed jobs tab.

How do I dispute a job?

-  Once a job has been marked as paid by the client it will be moved to the accepted jobs tab
-  If you have not received payment or the payment is incorrect you can click on the three dots on the top right and dispute
-  Here you can right your dispute and this will then be sent to the client where they will be able to reply
-  If the matter is not resolved you can click "escalate dispute to admin" and we will assist you in the matter.
